Instructions
Step 1
The pork must be washed, dried with a napkin and cut into thin small pieces no more than 1 cm thick. Peel the garlic, wash, chop it thoroughly and rub the pieces of meat with it. Place the meat in the refrigerator for about 55 minutes.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, stir together the salt, flour and breadcrumbs. Take a chicken egg, separate the white from the yolk. Beat the egg whites thoroughly until foamy. Remove the meat from the refrigerator, then add the protein to it and mix everything well.
Step 3
After that, roll all the pieces of meat in breadcrumbs and fry them in a hot frying pan on both sides in sunflower oil.
Step 4
Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, put sugar, soy sauce, pepper, tomato sauce, vodka, pepper in it. Wash the apples, peel them, cut them into small wedges and put them in a saucepan with boiling water.
Step 5
Then add the fried meat to the pan. Simmer, covered with a lid, for about 18 minutes over low heat until cooked through.
