If the apples are very juicy, then in order to speed up the process of making the jam, you need to discard the steamed apples in a colander so that the juice flows out of them. The juice can be consumed immediately.
  3. After the excess liquid is glass, the apples should be mashed. The best way is with a blender. He will crush the apples into a gentle puree.
  4. Put the cooked applesauce over low heat. It is convenient to cook jam in a deep frying pan or cauldron. As soon as the jam has boiled, add sugar to it. Sugar is given per kilogram of fruit. Its amount depends on the acidity of the apples. If they are very acidic, then more sugar should be added.
  5. Let the jam cook for about 15 minutes. Turn off. Then, as it cools, put it back on the stove and cook until fully cooked. It should decrease in size, darken slightly and become thick.
