  • - 500 g flour
  • - 2 tsp baking powder
  • - 2 g vanillin
  • - 250 g raspberries
  • - 100 g of white chocolate
  • - 200 g halva
  • - 200 ml cream
  • - 200 ml sour cream

Step 1

Make a biscuit. Whisk the granulated sugar with the eggs into a stiff foam. Add vanillin and yogurt, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Sift the cocoa, flour and baking powder, whisk and blend into the yoghurt mixture. Add berries and stir again. Take a baking dish and pour in the dough, smooth over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remove the biscuit from the oven, cool it and cut into three cakes.

Step 3

Make a cream. The cream must be made a day before smearing the cake. Break the white chocolate into wedges. Chop halva finely and mix with chocolate. Pour in cream and mix everything. Put on fire and melt until smooth. Remove from heat, cool. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 4

Place the sour cream in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then whisk for 10-12 minutes. Remove the chocolate mass from the refrigerator, beat with a mixer. Mix the sour cream and chocolate mixture.

Step 5

Spread cream on each cake and stack on top of each other. Place the cake in a cold place for 4-6 hours to soak.
