The set of products is such that the missing ingredient is easily replaced with something that any housewife always has at hand. You will definitely add this recipe to your cookbook and love it.
Required products:
Chicken eggs 4 pcs. Flour 2 cups. Sugar half a glass. Kefir 1 glass (can be replaced with milk or sour cream). Vanilla sugar or vanillin 1 sachet. Baking powder for dough 1 sachet (can be replaced with baking soda). Pie filling 200 g (Frozen berries, jam, jam, preserves, canned fruits, fresh fruits: apples, bananas, pears).
The filler for the pie should not be liquid, if it is jam, then it must necessarily be thick. Otherwise, the dough will become more moist during cooking and the inside of the cake may remain moist.
Preparation
Take four eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites into a thick foam with a whisk or mixer. Grind the yolks with a whisk and half a glass of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Mix one glass of kefir with two glasses of flour, four tablespoons of refined vegetable oil and yolks, ground with sugar.
Next, add baking powder for the dough and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar to the dough. If there is no baking powder, then you can use baking soda (you do not need to extinguish it if you use kefir or sour cream).
It is more convenient to stir with your hands, but you can also use a whisk.
When the dough is homogeneous, add whipped egg whites to it and mix again. Protein should be added gradually, first a quarter, then another quarter and only then the rest.
When preparing the dish, you can grease it with butter or cover it with parchment for baking. Choose a pan that is not small, otherwise the cake will take longer to cook.
Pour half of the dough into a mold and pour the filling on top. Spread the filling evenly over the entire cake so that it does not fall on the edges.
Then, starting from the edges, fill everything with the remaining dough. It's okay if some of the filling is visible from above.
The pie is baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. The pie is checked with a wooden skewer or a match. We pierce it in the center, if the cake is ready, we see that the match is dry and does not have sticky dough on it.
