Ingredients:

  • Apple or grape vinegar - 4 g;
  • Mineral water (carbonated) - 125 g;
  • Sweet cream butter - 80 g;
  • Finely ground salt, iodized - 3 g;
  • Suluguni cheese or well-salted homemade cottage cheese - 150 g.

Preparation:

  1. Break the chicken eggs into a glass bowl. Beat them with a whisk or mixer. You should get a yellowish egg mass.
  2. Pour milk to the beaten eggs (always warm, but not hot). Continue to beat with a mixer.

  8. When the butter is completely melted, pour the cooked dough into a hot skillet. Using a spatula, spread it in an even layer in a frying pan. Fry for 12 minutes over medium heat.
  9. Gently, using two spatulas (preferably wide), turn the cake over. And fry for another 12 minutes.
  10. Transfer the finished pie to a dish of a suitable size, cut and eat hot.
