  • Chicken eggs - 4 pieces;
  • Granulated sugar - 150 grams;
  • Margarine (not cold) - 150 grams;
  • Kefir - 2 glasses;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Soda - 1 tsp;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup
  • First grade flour - 250 grams;
  • Citric acid - 1 tbsp;
  • Powdered sugar - as needed;
  1. Pour the raisins with water at room temperature, rinse, drain the water, fill it with water again and leave to brew for half an hour.
  2. Beat eggs with a mixer along with kefir and margarine.
  3. We extinguish soda, citric acid.
  4. Add salt, slaked soda and wheat flour to the resulting mixture (the consistency should be like pancakes).
  5. Add vanillin and raisins to the dough, mix.
  6. Pour the resulting mass into the prepared form, previously greased with margarine.
  7. We bake at 180 degrees until tender.
  8. You can check the readiness of any baking as follows: pierce it with a skewer, if there is no raw dough left on it, it is ready. (Do not open the oven every time, the cake may settle).
  9. We take the cake out of the oven, put it on a dish and, if necessary, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or pour it over with icing.
