Combine sugar, chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Place the pot over low heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove.

Add vanillin and cinnamon to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cool to room temperature. Then cover the pan with a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
After the mixture has thickened, beat it with a mixer for 3 to 4 minutes. At the end of whipping, the mixture should become light and airy.
