Chocolate icing works very well for coating cakes, muffins, homemade chocolates. Making frosting doesn't require more culinary experience. The glaze can also be used for patterns, inscriptions on the cake. Different types of chocolate can be used for icing: white, dark, milky, bitter.

- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 100 g grated chocolate;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- Wooden spatula;
- Sieve;
- Pan.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a sieve and sift the sugar into a saucepan so that there are no lumps.

Add all the sour cream to the pan with sugar, stir.
Step 3
Place the pot over low heat. Stir with a wooden spatula until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Add gradually grated chocolate to the hot sugar mass. At the same time, continue to stir with a spatula, not letting it boil.
Step 5
Once all the chocolate has melted, remove the pot from heat.
Step 6
Cool the glaze slightly, while continuing to stir with a wooden spatula, until the mixture is slightly desolate.
Step 7
Pour the icing over the pre-prepared cake and begin to cover it with a spatula in an even layer.
Step 8
Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the icing hardens well.
