  • - 1 glass of milk or hot water.

Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to pour warm milk or water into a bowl convenient in depth so that the liquid covers one drying completely. Put a small amount of dryers in a bowl and leave them for 20-30 seconds. The main thing here is not to overexpose the drying in liquid, otherwise they will turn out to be too soft and will fall apart. After this drying, you need to get it out and put it on a paper towel, let it rest for about a minute.

Step 2

Then in each drying you need to put half a teaspoon of minced meat. After this drying, filled with minced meat, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment or lightly oiled.

Step 3

Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through a garlic press and grease each drying separately with it. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top of the drying and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The readiness of the dryers is determined by the readiness of the minced meat. The main thing here is not to overexpose the drying in the oven, otherwise they will turn out to be dry.

This appetizer is good hot, but it acquires a special taste when it is infused and the dryers well absorb all the juice, this happens 1-2 hours after the dish has been removed from the oven.
