Perhaps the most popular product in Russia is potatoes. If there are no potatoes in the house, then there is nothing to eat. So, probably, many housewives think and in their own way they are right. Potatoes do not need advertising, but they can be prepared according to a huge number of recipes.

It is necessary

  • potatoes - 8 pieces,
  • champignons - 400 grams,
  • garlic - 4 cloves,
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp spoons,
  • heavy cream - 300 grams

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices (about 3 mm), and cut the mushrooms into slices too.

Step 2

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet, add potatoes and stir until covered with oil. Salt and pepper.

Step 3

Stir with a wooden spoon until the starch is excreted by the potatoes (until it becomes sticky). At the same time, cook the mushrooms in the second pan.

Step 4

Add garlic to the potatoes and pour in cream, covering the potato slices completely, but not more, otherwise the fat content will be less. Cook for 5 minutes until the cream slightly thickens.

Step 5

Remove the potatoes from heat, add salt and spices to it until needed, add chopped parsley and ready-made mushrooms to the pan.

Step 6

Transfer everything to a baking dish. We bake in the oven for about half an hour.
