One option for a quick dinner is creamy potatoes with mushrooms. It will take no more than an hour of your time to prepare the dish.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 1200 g;
- - mushrooms (any, for example oyster mushrooms or champignons) - 400 g;
- - cream with a fat content of 20% - 300 ml;
- - garlic - 4 cloves;
- - parsley - 1 bunch;
- - sunflower oil for frying - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - pans - 2 pcs.;
- - baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into thin circles. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Remove the husk from the garlic and crush it through a garlic press or finely chop.
Step 2
Pour 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a thick-walled pan and heat it well. Add the chopped potatoes, add a few pinches of ground black pepper, salt and stir to coat each potato circle with oil. Continue to fry, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
While the potatoes are frying, place the second skillet on top with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chopped mushrooms and salt. Cook for about 10 minutes. During this time, they will need to be mixed a couple of times.
Step 4
When the potatoes are starchy and sticky, add the chopped garlic and pour in the cream so that they completely cover the contents of the pan. Reduce the temperature to medium and simmer for 5 minutes until the cream thickens.
Step 5
Rinse the parsley under running water and chop finely. By this time, the mushrooms and potatoes have already fried enough, so remove both pans from the stove and turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 200 degrees.
Step 6
In a baking dish, put the potatoes in cream, mushrooms, sprinkle with parsley and send to the preheated oven. Bake the dish until the potatoes are cooked for about half an hour.
