It is necessary

  • For the cookie dough, take:
  • - cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l;
  • - soda (slaked with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp;
  • - one egg;
  • - granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • - margarine (butter) - 200 g;
  • - flour - 350 g.
  • For the manufacture of protein glaze:
  • - large egg - 1 pc. (egg white);
  • - granulated sugar - 100-110 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour granulated sugar into a bowl and put margarine (or butter) there. We rub everything white with a fork.

Step 2

Add cocoa to the resulting mixture of eggs and sugar and mix again.

Step 3

Add the broken egg to the bowl and mix.

Step 4

We extinguish the soda with table vinegar (9%) and add to a bowl. We mix.

Step 5

Add flour and knead the dough.

Step 6

Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5–7 cm.

Step 7

Using a glass, cookie cutters or a knife, we cut out the figures.

Step 8

We spread the resulting figures on a baking sheet. And in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, we bake the blanks for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to cool the cookies before icing.

Step 9

We glaze it with the obtained whipped protein with sugar (the cheapest and easiest option). In the design, it is possible to use confectionery powder and confectionery pencil.

Step 10

Let's start making the egg white frosting

Beat the egg carefully and separate the yolk from the protein. Transfer the egg whites to the icing bowl and cool it down.

Step 11

Beat the protein with a mixer or whisk until a stable foam is obtained.

Step 12

Add a little granulated sugar (about 2 tsp) to the whipped consistency. And beat again. Both in a mixer and when using a whisk, the beating continues until the sugar completely dissolves.
