An unusual roll made of nori sheets, minced fish, rice and vegetables is a very tasty, beautiful and aromatic dish. It is simple and easy to prepare and baked quickly.
Ingredients for minced meat:
- 1 carrot;
- 0.8 kg of fresh pink salmon;
- 1, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 sheets of nori;
- 50 g of rice;
- 100 g bell pepper;
- 15 g parsley;
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki marinade sauce.
Preparation:
- Wash the pink salmon, remove the skin, remove the bones and cut into cubes, place in a blender bowl and beat until minced.
- Peel the carrots, wash, rub on a fine grater and add to the minced fish. Season everything with pepper, mix until smooth. Then pour the soy sauce over the fish, stir again.
- Spread cling film on the desktop. On the foil in one layer (in the form of a rectangle), apply the fish and carrot mass, smooth it and cover with sheets of nori.
- Boil the rice until cooked and rinse, cut the Bulgarian pepper into cubes, and simply chop the parsley with a knife. Combine all this in one container, season with marinade sauce and mix.
- Apply the prepared rice mass in one layer onto nori sheets and smooth.
- Using cling film, form a roll, wrap it in foil, place on a baking sheet and send for 25 minutes to an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
- After this time, the roll must be unwound and browned in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the finished roll from the oven, transfer to a dish, cut, decorate with lime slices on top (you can use a cucumber) and on the sides with cherry tomatoes with sprigs of herbs. Serve with or without a side dish.
