Halva is loved by many, but they do not imagine that it can be eaten somehow differently than in its usual form. However, an interesting dessert can be made from a delicacy - delicate, airy, halvic, fruity.
It is necessary
- - a pack of halva
- - 2 eggs
- -100 ml cream
- - 70 g sugar
- - kiwi
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the proteins with sugar into a strong foam, it should turn out to be such that when the cup is turned over, the mass does not drain. Beat the yolks white in a separate container. Beat the cream separately.
Step 2
Chop finely or crush halva. You can use a blender, but halva should not turn out to be viscous, so you need to grind in a blender for just a few seconds.
Step 3
Depending on your preference, you can either chop the kiwi or puree the fruit. You can also combine fruit pieces and puree.
Step 4
Connect everything that happened, i.e. yolks, whites, cream, kiwi and halva, stir well or beat well.
Step 5
Put the resulting mass in the form, put in the freezer.
