Milk, green tea, kiwi and mint are an unusual combination. However, the cocktail turns out to be very tasty and refreshing. This drink is perfect to serve in the hot season. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary
- - green tea (brewing) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - mint - 2 branches;
- - kiwi - 1 pc.;
- - milk 400 ml;
- - creamy ice cream - 100 g;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a kettle and cool to 60-70 degrees. Fill the tea leaves with a small amount of water (50-60 milliliters) and immediately drain the liquid. Pour the washed tea leaf with 200 milliliters of hot water and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea through a fine sieve or cheesecloth, cool to room temperature. Add sugar (to taste), stir.
Step 2
Rinse the kiwi and mint thoroughly with water and pat dry. Peel the kiwi, cut the flesh into large pieces. Remove the coarse stems from the mint, chop the leaves finely (you will need about 2 teaspoons of mint). Place the kiwi in a blender bowl, add the mint and chop until puree.
Step 3
Combine brewed green tea, mint kiwi puree, milk and 50 grams of softened ice cream. Whisk the mixture with a mixer or blender on high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour the cocktail into tall glasses. Put 1-2 small balls of ice cream in each glass, decorate the cocktail with kiwi slices. Serve with a straw. The cocktail is ready!
