Yoghurt dessert with kiwi jelly turns out to be very tender, tasty and moderately sweet. It is impossible to tear yourself away from this dessert. The treat just melts in your mouth. With such a dessert, you will decorate the festive table and surprise your guests.

It is necessary

  • - 6 pcs kiwi
  • - 500 g yogurt
  • - 2 bags of vanillin
  • - 5 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
  • - 10 plates of gelatin
  • - 100 ml of milk
  • - 100 ml cream

Instructions

Step 1

Make jelly. Pour 300 ml of cold water into a bowl and put 4 plates of gelatin in water for 15 minutes to soften.

Step 2

Rinse the kiwi well, then peel and grind in a blender. Add 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar and heat well over medium heat until boiling. Then squeeze and add the soaked gelatin, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin dissolves.

Step 3

Pour into a baking dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 4

Make a yoghurt dessert. Pour 300 ml of cold water into a bowl and put 6 plates of gelatin in water for 15 minutes to soften. Then mix the soaked gelatin and milk, heat the mixture over medium heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved and leave to cool.

Step 5

Whisk in the cream, then add the granulated sugar and vanillin, continue whisking, add the yogurt and milk / gelatin mixture.

Step 6

Put the resulting mousse on top of the frozen jelly and put it back in a cold place until it solidifies overnight.

Step 7

Before serving, place the dessert in hot water for 30 seconds, it will be easier to remove it from the mold. Cut into portions and serve.
