To make a yogurt cake, you will need: 200 g of shortbread cookies, 70 g of butter, 4 kiwis, 2 bananas, 500 ml of yogurt, 70 g of granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, 4 tsp. gelatin, 1/2 cup boiled water.

Preparation

Grind the cookies with a food processor or meat grinder. Place the crumb in a large serving dish. Cut the softened butter into cubes and add to the cookie crumbs. Knead into a homogeneous mass with your hands and place in a baking dish. Press down firmly on the cake base. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pour 1/2 cup boiled water into a small bowl and add gelatin to the water. Set aside for 25-30 minutes. At this time, peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped fruit in a small saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice. Put the saucepan on low heat and keep it on for 2-3 minutes, during this time the kiwi will juice out, and you will get a syrup with pieces of fruit. Remove the pan from the heat and refrigerate the contents.

Add the gelatinous mass to the syrup, and then pour in the yogurt. Stir the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
