Step 1
Prepare the base crust dough. Mix 2 eggs, vanillin, sugar and sour cream in one container. Using a mixer, beat all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass, gradually adding flour. The dough should be fairly thick.
Step 2
Cut the bananas and kiwi into thin slices. Whisk four egg whites and powdered sugar separately. The mixture should have a thick foam consistency. Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina.
Step 3
On a layer of semolina, lay out the dough prepared in advance in an even layer, generously grease everything on top with egg foam. Put the workpiece in the oven for 20 minutes. Place banana and kiwi slices on top of the prepared cake. Sprinkle lightly on top of the dish with ground or chopped nuts.
