Baileys cream liqueur enjoys well-deserved popularity, especially among the ladies. It is extraordinarily good on its own and also in cocktails. "Baileys" can be prepared at home as well as an alcoholic jelly dessert based on it.
It is necessary
- For Baileys liqueur recipe # 1:
- - 1 can of condensed milk with a fat content of 8.5%;
- - 2 tbsp. instant coffee;
- - 400 ml of ready-made milk-chocolate cocktail;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 180 ml of vodka.
- For Baileys liqueur recipe # 2:
- - 1 can of condensed milk with a fat content of 8.5%;
- - 2 tbsp. icing sugar;
- - 2 bags of vanilla sugar;
- - 200 ml of cream with 20% fat;
- - 300 ml of vodka or whiskey.
- For alcoholic jelly dessert:
- - 200 ml of Baileys liqueur;
- - 200 ml of coffee;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 3 tbsp. gelatin;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - mint leaves.

Recipe for liqueur "Baileys" No. 1
To prepare the Baileys liqueur, the ingredients must be chilled. Dissolve coffee and vanilla sugar in vodka, add condensed milk, milk chocolate shake and mix in a blender. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle and refrigerate. You can drink the liqueur immediately after cooling, but after 10-12 hours its taste will become more delicate and subtle.

Recipe for liqueur "Baileys" No. 2
Try to make "Baileys" in a different way. Dissolve coffee, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in vodka, pour in cream, condensed milk and vodka or whiskey, mix everything in a blender.

The amount of alcohol can be reduced or increased according to your taste. Keep in mind that this version turns out the liquor stronger than the previous one. Of course, you can change the ratio of any components as you wish.

Homemade "Baileys" in both recipes is very economical, since its cost is several times less than the store price. In addition, on the basis of this liqueur, you can prepare a dessert for adults - alcoholic jelly.
Step 5
Alcoholic jelly
Brew sugar coffee the way you like it. Instant coffee is fine, but the taste of freshly ground coffee is brighter and richer. Add vanilla sugar to milk and stir.
Step 6
Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of cold boiled water and leave to swell. Bring to a boil, but do not boil, then remove from heat and cool. Divide gelatin into 3 parts and add to coffee, milk and liquor.
Step 7
Prepare the jelly molds, pour the liqueur in a layer of 1-2 cm (depending on the height of the molds) and refrigerate until completely solidified. Layer the coffee and milk in the same way, then refrigerate the jelly for 10-12 hours.
Step 8
To serve an alcoholic dessert, dip the pan in hot water for a few seconds, flip it onto a plate, and the jelly will slide out on its own. Top with mint leaves for decoration. Alternatively, jelly dessert can be prepared and served in glass bowls.
