Zucchini pizza resembles a casserole, but it is still a separate dish. Zucchini can be eaten every day due to its low calorie content. Their benefits are unique, they enhance intestinal motility, thereby removing excess fluid from the body. And most importantly, in the process of heat treatment, zucchini minimally lose their useful properties.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 cups of flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 yolk;
- - 250 g of zucchini pulp;
- - 150 g of cheese;
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of soda;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - dill;
- - parsley;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the zucchini through a meat grinder. Throw in a colander to remove excess liquid. Finely chop the dill and add to the squash. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add soda and flour to the squash mass, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the prepared mass into the mold.
Step 3
Prepare the pizza filling: cut the tomatoes into circles and put the squash on top. Then grease them with yolk. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, but for now leave in a bowl until a certain point.
Step 4
Put the prepared mass into the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5
After 30 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven, cover with grated cheese on top. Return to oven and bake for 7 minutes. The cheese should form a golden crust and melt properly.
Step 6
Decorate the finished pizza with fresh parsley to your liking. Allow to cool slightly, cut into portions and serve. Vegetable pizza, so it goes well with meat or fish.
