At the height of the summer season, and therefore the season of zucchini, one should not miss the moment and the opportunity to prepare delicious and at the same time light snacks from them. Many people will like fried zucchini rolls.
It is necessary
- - half zucchini

- - semolina 2 or 3 tablespoons
- - flour 2 tablespoons
- - salt pepper
- - 100 grams of minced meat
- - 2 onions
- - bell pepper 1 piece
- - canned mushrooms 50 grams
- - 50 grams of cheese
- - half a glass of mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Peel half of a large ripe zucchini from seeds and peel. Grate on a coarse grater.

Make a dough from the squash mass by adding flour, semolina, salt and pepper to it.

Preheat a frying pan. In vegetable oil, bake pancakes from the resulting mass, as much as possible. More often three pancakes come out. The second side of the pancakes should be left unbaked until the end so that it is more convenient to roll them up.
Step 4
Let's prepare an onion for the filling: cut it into half rings and fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil until the onion acquires a beautiful golden color. It is important not to miss the moment and not overcook it.
Step 5
Next, we stuff the pancakes with the filling: spread the raw mince on the surface of the pancake with a thin layer, on top lay the bell pepper cut into small pieces, the prepared pre-fried onions and pre-cut canned mushrooms.
Step 6
Prepare mayonnaise sauce: grate a piece of hard cheese on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through a press, mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Zucchini pancakes with filling spread on them are rolled into rolls and stacked on a baking sheet. Top rolls are poured with mayonnaise and garlic and cheese sauce and baked in the oven until tender. You can decorate with sprigs of dill or parsley.
