Cut the pork neck into steaks 1-1.5 cm thick, about 150 g each. Beat off with a hammer, salt and pepper in the process of beating, place immediately on a greased baking sheet.

Peel the mushrooms from dirt and cut into large slices, then fry in vegetable oil over high heat. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry too. Rinse and peel the bell peppers, cut into thick half rings, fry over high heat. Salt the fried foods when cool.

Put mushrooms on the prepared meat, then onions, half rings of bell pepper, finely chopped basil leaves. Form balls from the cheese mass, flatten them, shape into a cake slightly smaller than the meat, and cover the food with it. Bake in the oven at 200C for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of basil or parsley when serving.
