  • - 8 cherry tomatoes;
  • - 12 pitted olives;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 80 ml of olive oil;
  • - 10 g of basil;
  • - 1/3 tsp marjoram;
  • - salt.
  • For meat salad:
  • - 500 g of beef or veal;
  • - 2 bell peppers;
  • - 1 purple onion;
  • - 10 small cherry tomatoes;
  • - 50 g lettuce;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 50 g of grated Parmesan;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tsp dry spice mixtures (white pepper, parsley, paprika, mustard);
  • - salt.
  • For the vegetarian salad:
  • - 3 small zucchini;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 3 tbsp. ketchup and olive oil;
  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Warm salad with pasta and vegetables

Wash all vegetables and pat dry on a tray or paper towel. Slice cherry tomatoes and olives in half lengthways. Cut the peppers and zucchini into sticks and fry in a little olive oil over medium heat with constant stirring until soft.

Step 2

Place the pasta in salted water in a saucepan and boil for as much as indicated on the package directions. Throw them in a colander, shake well and transfer to a deep salad bowl. Add fresh and cooked vegetables, shredded garlic and diced sausage / ham.

Step 3

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, season with marjoram and chopped basil, season with salt to taste and stir gently. Serve the salad right away.

Warm salad with grilled meat

Grind the garlic in a special press or grater. Cut the bell peppers into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil and simmer both vegetables in it for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the beef / veal into long strips, sprinkle with the dry spice mixture and knead with your hands. Pour more oils into the skillet where the peppers were cooked and heat thoroughly until you smoke. Roast the meat quickly so that all the pieces are covered with a crust, then reduce the temperature to low and simmer until tender.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Tear the salad with your fingers, leave the tomatoes intact. Place all prepared ingredients in a deep plate, add salt, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve immediately.

Vegetarian Warm Salad

Remove the skins and skins from the zucchini and onions and chop everything into cubes. Grate the carrots with a coarse grater or a Korean appetizer.

Place the onion and carrot slices in a saucepan with olive oil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the zucchini, chopped garlic and ketchup. Place the lid on the pan, reduce the temperature to the lowest setting and simmer the vegetables for 20 minutes.

Increase the heat to brown the salad ingredients a little. Pepper everything, salt and remove from the stove. Divide the food into portions or serve in one large bowl with flavored bread.
