Pies with dried apricots are a delicacy for tea with an incredibly pleasant aroma and taste. Despite the simplicity in preparation, the pastries are excellent!
It is necessary
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - kefir - 1 glass;
- - vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;
- - dry yeast - 12 grams;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon;
- - dried apricots or dried apricot jam - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix butter with kefir, salt, sugar in a bowl. Heat this mixture a little.
Step 2
Sift flour, mix with yeast. Pour the kefir mixture into it, knead the dough. Cover it with cling film, leave for half an hour.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Tear off a piece of dough with your hands, form a pie on the palm of your hand, inside which place dried apricots. Brush the pies with egg or milk.
Step 4
Spread the pies on a baking sheet, put in the oven for twenty minutes. Let them be baked at 200 degrees until golden brown. Pies with dried apricots are ready, brew tea and start a pleasant meal!
