Cheese sandwiches are a quick and tasty snack that can be consumed as a separate dish. Cheese goes well with vegetables, fish, herbs and fruits. These hot cheese sandwiches make an excellent breakfast for the whole family.
Hot melted cheese sandwiches
Cut the bread into thin slices, spread on each processed cheese and place on a greased baking sheet. We wait for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully take out the ready-made sandwiches, put them on a plate and serve for breakfast with hot tea or cocoa.
Hot sandwiches with cheese and sausage
Take sausage, preferably hard cheese and cut them into thin slices. Peeled onions and fresh herbs are finely chopped.
Then cut the bread into small slices, spread them on an oiled baking sheet and top with the tomato sauce. Slices of sausage and onions with herbs are laid out on top. Cover everything with slices of cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200oC.
After 5 minutes, sandwiches are carefully taken out, cooled slightly and served as a nutritious and satisfying independent dish.
Vegetable hot sandwiches with sausage cheese
Carrots are washed, peeled and grated on a fine grater. The zucchini is peeled, the seeds are removed and finely chopped with the cheese. Mix all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.
The prepared mixture is spread on bread, peeled champignons are added on top, greased with mayonnaise and the sandwiches are baked in an oven heated to 190oC until golden brown.
