Recipe for hot canned fish sandwiches
These sandwiches require the following ingredients:
- slices of bread - 8 pcs.;
- butter - 100 g;
- canned sardines (must be in oil) - 400 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- pickled champignons - 8 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 5 ml;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- greens (dill or parsley) - ¼ bunch.
Take slices of bread and brush with butter. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Transfer the fish to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add chopped mushrooms and onions to it, and then mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary to obtain a homogeneous mass. Spread it over each slice of bread on top of the butter.
Cut the hard cheese into slices and cut the pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Spread these ingredients evenly over the sandwiches. Take a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. - salt and pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 10 ml.
Take the red fish, place it on a cutting board and cut it into slices. Rub each of them with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the slices of bread on one side. At this time, cut the cheese into pieces. Then turn the bread over to the other side, put the fish slices on it first, and then the cheese.
