Recipe for hot canned fish sandwiches

These sandwiches require the following ingredients:

- slices of bread - 8 pcs.;

- butter - 100 g;

- canned sardines (must be in oil) - 400 g;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- pickled champignons - 8 pcs.;

- vegetable oil - 5 ml;

- hard cheese - 100 g;

- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;

- greens (dill or parsley) - ¼ bunch.

Take slices of bread and brush with butter. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Transfer the fish to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add chopped mushrooms and onions to it, and then mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary to obtain a homogeneous mass. Spread it over each slice of bread on top of the butter.

Cut the hard cheese into slices and cut the pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Spread these ingredients evenly over the sandwiches. Take a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. Put sandwiches on it and send everything to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. It is necessary for the cheese to melt.

Take greens, rinse, dry on a paper towel, and then chop. Remove the sandwiches from the oven onto a serving platter. Sprinkle them generously with chopped herbs and serve.

Sandwiches cooked with red fish have an original taste. To do them you need the following:

- bread - 4 slices;

- tomatoes - 1 pc.;

- red fish - 100 g;

- Maasdam cheese - 60 g;

- greens (dill or parsley) - 1/5 bunch.

- salt and pepper - to taste;

- vegetable oil - 10 ml.

Take the red fish, place it on a cutting board and cut it into slices. Rub each of them with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the slices of bread on one side. At this time, cut the cheese into pieces. Then turn the bread over to the other side, put the fish slices on it first, and then the cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Wash the tomato and cut it into small circles. Hold the greens for a few minutes under running water, then dry and grind. Place ready-made sandwiches on a plate. On each of them, put one circle of tomato, and then sprinkle with herbs. If desired, you can pour mayonnaise or a little ketchup on the sandwiches.
