- three hundred and fifty grams of pumpkin pulp;

Preparation
The pumpkin is cut into medium-sized cubes, filled with water to the middle of the contents and boiled until soft, covered over medium heat. When the porridge is cooked, add butter and then put it in the oven for fifteen minutes to steam out and become more crumbly.

Preparation
Prepare porridge in pots with a volume of half a liter. Peel off pumpkin and apples, peel them of seeds and cut them into not too large cubes. Put butter on the bottom of the pots, then a small amount of pumpkin. Cover with sugar on top. Then spread 1, 5 tablespoons of rice. Repeat again: pumpkin, sugar and rice. Cover the pot with a thin layer of apples. Add a pinch of salt to the milk and pour it into a pot, leaving a distance of about two fingers to the edge. Cover the pots with lids and put them in an oven preheated to 160oC.
