Fried octopuses are a delicacy for the festive table. Cook this appetizer for forty minutes. It is necessary to buy fresh octopuses, ice creams are better to cook, they will not turn out so crispy.

- For six servings:
- - 1.5 kg of small octopuses;
- - 50 ml of soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. sake spoons;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of rice vinegar;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 30 g fresh ginger;
- - 50 ml of fish broth;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of green wasabi;
- - 4 feathers of green onions;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sesame seeds;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take small baby octopuses, peel them, salt, pepper, add spices, roll in sesame seeds.
Step 2
Heat a wok with vegetable oil over a high temperature. Sear the octopuses for 5 minutes, tossing them over.
Step 3
Combine soy sauce, fish broth, sake, rice vinegar, chopped ginger, onion, and crushed garlic. The result is a fragrant marinade.
Step 4
Dip the octopuses in the marinade and let them brew for 15 minutes. Drain the marinade, place the octopuses on a plate, garnish with green onions. The festive snack is ready!
