- 400 gr. broccoli
- 4 large potatoes
- 400 gr. processed cheese "Viola"
- 1 onion
- 50 gr. butter
- 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and place them in boiling water together with the broccoli.
Step 2
Saute finely chopped onions in butter.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4
Take out the cooked vegetables and knead with a blender with the addition of vegetable broth.

Put the vegetable puree back into the broth and add the fried onions and cheese. Let it boil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add garlic to the soup and cook for 3 minutes.
