- - Prunes - 200 g
- - Kukurma - 1 tbsp. l.
- - Raisins - 200 g
- - Wine (white) - 200 ml
- - Garlic - 2 heads
- - Water - 1 l
- - Lemons - 4 pieces
- - Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and pepper, wash and cut into cubes. Meanwhile, wash and dry the dried fruits, then set aside for a while.
Step 2
Now you need to prepare seafood and chicken. Wash and dry food. Be sure to peel squids and shrimps.
Step 3
Salt the chicken and cut into small pieces. Place a saucepan, pour oil into it and fry the chicken, then add water and cook until tender.
Step 4
Then take a deep skillet and fry the onions, peppers and garlic in it until a beautiful golden color appears. Then add seafood, wine, spices and salt. Stir constantly until the wine has evaporated.
Step 5
Now add the prunes and fry, then add the chicken meat (previously fried). Stir for 5 minutes. Pour in the broth and pour in the rice. If the broth hasn't covered the rice, add water. Cook until the broth is absorbed.
Step 6
Cover the pan with parchment and foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Paella is ready! Put on a platter and serve lemons separately.
