Spanish paella is a dish that always turns out to be colorful and tasty. They love it, like other dishes with rice, everyone - from small to large. There are a lot of paella recipes: with meat, sausage, poultry, shrimp, etc. To determine for yourself which one you like best, you need to try several different ones. We will prepare Spanish seafood paella.

It is necessary
- onions - 3 pcs;
- long grain rice - 250 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- "Sea cocktail" - 1 sachet;
- zucchini - 2 pcs;
- red and yellow peppers - 1 pc;
- olive oil;
- green beans - 150 g;
- parsley and cumin;
- ground paprika;
- vegetable broth - 130 ml;
- pepper and salt;
- canned corn - 1 can.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice several times in water, and then boil, lightly salting the water. Defrost seafood, discard them in a colander to completely drain the water. Next, fry them in a separate pan for 5 minutes using vegetable oil.
Step 2
Chop the courgettes, onions, garlic and peppers into small cubes or cut into strips. First, remove the skins from those vegetables on which they are present.
Step 3
Drain the liquid from the corn. Heat the oil in a deep roasting pan and sauté the onions in it. After a while, add the rest of the vegetables and fry. Season with pepper and salt, sprinkle with paprika and caraway seeds.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture with broth, add corn and simmer for 10 minutes. Set the fire on the stove to medium.
Step 5
Place the cooked rice in a colander or strainer. Combine it with "seafood cocktail" and vegetables, mix well. Place the seafood Spanish paella on a large plate or platter, garnish with herbs and serve.
