This recipe is adapted from the Spanish Paella dish. Seafood lovers will not remain indifferent.
It is necessary
- -500 g of seafood cocktail;
- -200 g of rice;
- -40 ml of olive oil;
- -200 g chicken fillet;
- -1 tomato;
- -1 bell pepper;
- -1 onion;
- -200 g green beans;
- -1/2 lemon;
- -2 cloves of garlic;
- -1/4 chili pepper;
- -1/2 tsp saffron;
- -0.5 liters of chicken broth.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a wide skillet and fry the garlic and hot peppers. After frying, remove them from the pan.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Put in the pan with the remaining oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes. We remove and set aside.
Step 3
Fry the defrosted seafood cocktail in the same pan for 2-3 minutes. Similar to chicken fillet, remove and set aside.
Step 4
Now fry the onion until half cooked, add chopped bell pepper and garlic and fry them, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Finely chop the tomato and add it and the green beans to the onions and peppers.
Step 6
Put the steamed rice on top of the vegetables.
Step 7
Pour chicken broth and vegetables over it and add saffron. Put the fried seafood and chicken fillet on top. Close the lid and bring the rice to readiness.
Step 8
Decorate with sauteed shrimp and lemon and serve!
Step 9
This dish must not be placed on plates. Paella is eaten out of the pan while hot.
