  • - 2 tbsp. capelin roe

Step 1

First you need to prepare the cakes. To do this, pour flour mixed with baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl, add oil and knead with your hands until fine crumbs are formed. Add sour cream there and knead a soft dough.

Step 2

The dough must be divided into 2 parts, then put in bags, and then put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Next, bake the cakes. To do this, on the back of the baking sheet, sprinkled with flour, you need to roll out one ball of dough into a thin layer, cut out a large rectangle and cut it into 3 equal rectangles.
