Creamy toffee is a delicacy that will not leave indifferent either children or their parents. Depending on the time of their preparation, you can make toffee or caramel for every taste and tooth.
It is necessary
- - cream or fatty sour cream
- - sugar
- - spices to taste
- - oil for lubrication
- - molds or a simple saucer
Instructions
Step 1
Basically, you only need two main ingredients to make a creamy duck: sour cream / cream and sugar. The amount depends directly on the size of the serving you want to end up with. In a saucepan, combine sour cream and sugar in equal proportions and put the mixture on medium heat, remembering to stir occasionally.
Step 2
There is no exact cooking time for the dumplings, it all depends on the amount of ingredients and the power of your stove. Plus, experimenting will help you figure out which toffee consistency is right for you. Personally, 10-15 minutes is enough for me to bring a small portion of the sour cream-sugar mixture to the state of "goodbye to fillings". As you can see, their preparation will not take much effort and time from you, but the result will surpass all expectations!
Step 3
When the mixture begins to thicken and acquire a pleasant caramel shade, you must have a glass at hand, one-third filled with cold water. This is the easiest and fastest way to check the readiness of the toffee - just drop a little mixture into the water and wait 10 seconds. If you manage to roll a ball, then it's time to remove the stewpan from the heat.
Step 4
Pour the resulting caramel into small, pre-oiled tins (it is better to use silicone ones). If these are not yet in your home, it will be enough just to cover the baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper, and then cut the cooled mass into pieces. Creamy toffee hardens perfectly at room temperature, and in the shortest possible time (about 10-30 minutes).
