We will also need 2 yellow and 3 red oranges, watercress or arugula, honey - 1 tsp, salt, pepper, olive oil.

  1. After the olives are pitted, they need to be chopped very finely (you can do this with a blender)
  2. The oranges are peeled and cut into slices, we do not pour out the juice that flowed out of them, but collect it in a bowl.
  3. We tear the salad with our hands and cover the bottom of the plate with it, put orange circles on top, on them - finely chopped olives.
  4. Mix orange juice with honey and olive oil, salt, pepper, pour over salad.

This salad can precede dinner, or it can be a side dish that goes with meat or baked chicken.
