Pork rump steak is a godsend for pork lovers. A great dish that can be served on its own or with any side dish or salad.
It is necessary
- - 800 g of pork;
- - 6-8 tbsp. bread crumbs;
- - 2-3 eggs;
- - 5-6 tbsp. flour;
- - spices;
- - vegetable oil for frying.

Step 1
For pork rump steak, use lean meat. If there are pieces of fat in it, it is better to cut them off. When you are just choosing meat for rump steak, pay attention to fresh pork - as a result, the dish will be more juicy and tender.
Step 2
Cut the pork into cubes or sticks across the grain. The thickness of each piece should not exceed 2 cm.
Step 3
Beat off the slices that you got as a result with a special hammer. Don't overdo it: the pork is already soft.
Step 4
Sprinkle the already beaten slices with spices, add salt and black pepper. You can add special meat seasonings, but this is up to you.
Step 5
Before it's time for frying, our pork pieces need to be moistened. To do this, first prepare the breading. You should have flour on one plate and breadcrumbs on the other. Beat eggs in a bowl.
Step 6
We begin to bread the pork pieces. The broken piece of pork should first be put in a plate with flour, and roll it on both sides. Then moisten the piece with a mixture of beaten eggs. The last step is breadcrumbs: roll a piece of pork in breadcrumbs on both sides.
Step 7
Now we fry our semi-finished product. Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet, wait for it to heat up, and add the pieces of pork you just breaded. Keep in mind that the pork meat will cook quickly enough. You can fry the rump steak over medium heat. Frying should be done on one side as well as on the other.
Step 8
Ready-made rump steak can be served with salad or any side dish.
