Instructions
Step 1
Wash a kilogram of red tomatoes. Boil water in a saucepan, gently dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 2-4 minutes.
Step 2
Peel one large onion, cut into small pieces. To prevent onions from irritating your eyes, periodically substitute the knife under a stream of cold water. Also peel three cloves of garlic, chop finely or pass through a garlic press. Heat 40 milliliters of olive oil in a saucepan, put onions and garlic there. Pass until golden brown, clear on the onion and strong aroma on the oil.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add to a saucepan with onions and garlic. Take 10 grams each of fresh basil, parsley, cilantro (coriander), rosemary, 3 grams of thyme. Wash the herbs, pat dry with a towel, cut the stalks (legs), tie them in a bunch and put them in a saucepan.
Cook on medium 10. Then remove the petioles.
Step 4
Cut the remaining leaves of herbs, add to the saucepan with the soup, add spices there: half a teaspoon of marjoram and chili powder each, and a teaspoon of ground paprika each. Cook for another five minutes. Then grind the tomatoes with a blender.
Step 5
Prepare in advance with onions, carrots and bay leaves. Remember to periodically skim off the foam with a slotted spoon or spoon. Season with salt, pepper and strain. Pour 150 grams of warm chicken broth into the tomato mass, salt to taste, bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour the prepared soup into bowls. Serve hot with croutons or croutons.
