Sandwiches can be made from whatever is on hand or lying around in the fridge. I just had a jar of sprat pate for a long time, and I decided to cook multi-layer sandwiches for my homemade ones for dinner. Well, every housewife has mayonnaise, a couple of eggs and pickled cucumber.
It is necessary
- White bread or sliced loaf
- Bank of sprat pate
- Boiled eggs
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Greens
Instructions
Step 1
We take a loaf or sliced bread. Cut into the desired pieces, lay out on a wide platter.
If you have a couple of extra minutes, then the sandwich bread can be dried in the oven or in a toaster and grated with a clove of garlic. This will add a spice to the dish.
Step 2
Spread a thick layer of pate on each piece of loaf or bread. Drop a drop of mayonnaise on top.
Step 3
Using an egg cutter, cut the eggs and put a piece of egg on top.
Step 4
Next, cut the pickled cucumber into slices and put on top. Pickled cucumber, in my opinion, is very harmoniously combined with the taste of sprat pate.
If the season of fresh vegetables is in the yard, then you can replace the pickled cucumber with a fresh cucumber or tomato, and use freshly cut greens instead of frozen greens. This will make your sandwiches even healthier.
Step 5
The finishing touch is to sprinkle everything with herbs. I used frozen greens. Now you can serve it to the table.
