At first glance, this delicious cake seems difficult to prepare, as it consists of several layers. But if you have all the ingredients, apple pie can be baked very quickly.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 120 gr. flour;
- - 100 gr. cane sugar;
- - 230 gr. butter.
- For cream with curd cheese:
- - 500 gr. curd cheese;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - 2 eggs;
- For apples:
- - 2 apples;
- - half a teaspoon of cinnamon;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- For the crunchy layer:
- - 60 gr. oatmeal;
- - 100 gr. cane sugar;
- - 110 gr. butter
- - 140 gr. flour.
- - 180 ml of finished caramel (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, knead the dough and evenly distribute it in a 33 x 22 cm mold (slightly more or slightly less). It is recommended to compact the dough well.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the ingredients for the cream: first, the curd cheese and sugar for a minute, then add the eggs one at a time, whisking the cream for 20 seconds each time. Finally, pour in the vanilla essence and beat the cream again. We distribute it on top of the dough.
Step 3
Cut the apples into cubes and mix in a bowl with cinnamon and sugar. We lay them out neatly on top of the cream at a short distance from each other.
Step 4
Prepare the sprinkling: in a bowl, mix the flakes, sugar, butter and flour. Mix the ingredients with your hands until friable crumbs are formed. Cover the apples with sprinkles.
Step 5
We bake the pie for 30 minutes at a temperature of 175C and another 5 minutes at a temperature of 150C. Pour caramel over the cake before serving.
