There are many ways to cook fish, from fish soup to the steamer option. However, perhaps the fastest, easiest and most delicious way to cook fish is to fry it. For frying, it is best to take fatter fish so that the dish does not turn out to be dry.

Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and cook fish until tender (about 20 minutes). It should not be very fried - if this happens, it makes sense to turn the fish over again.

Serve the fried salmon fish with a slice of lemon and serve with French fries or boiled rice.
