  • For sour cream sauce:
  • - 200 g of 20% sour cream;
  • - 1 pickled or pickled cucumber;

  • For potato sauce:
  • - 3 potatoes;
  • - 4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 120 ml of olive oil;
  • - 30 ml of white wine vinegar;
  • - salt;
  • For a creamy cheese sauce with mushrooms:
  • - 5 medium mushrooms;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 200 ml of 10% cream;
  • - 100 g of blue cheese, for example, dorblu;
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 1/3 tsp each nutmeg and dried thyme;
  • - salt;
  • For tomato sauce:
  • - 500 g of tomatoes;
  • - 120 ml of water;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 20 g of cilantro;
  • - 1 tsp ground coriander;
  • - 3/4 tsp salt;
  • For lemon sauce:
  • - 200 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 50 ml each of lemon juice and white wine vinegar;
  • - 2 tsp Sahara;
  • - 1 tsp salt;
  • - 1/2 tsp mixture of peppers.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a delicate sour cream sauce for fried fish. Cut the cucumber into small pieces or grate it. Peel the garlic cloves and grind in a mortar or a special press. Chop the dill finely, first removing the thick stems from the twigs. Put vegetables and herbs in sour cream, season with dried or fresh lemon zest, salt and whisk well.

Step 2

Make an original fried fish potato sauce. Thoroughly scrub the potatoes from dirt, dip in boiling salted water and boil until tender in their uniform. Let the root vegetables cool, gently peel off the peel and crush the tubers with a crush or blender so that there are no lumps. Free the garlic from the husk, crush it in any way into a gruel and add to the puree. Dilute it with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar and add salt to taste.

Step 3

Stew a delicious creamy cheese sauce with mushrooms for fried fish. Pour the oil from the skillet in which the fish was fried into a saucepan and place over moderate heat. Remove the shirt from the onion, cut into cubes and brown until golden. Cut the mushrooms lengthwise into slices, stir in onions and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Combine lemon juice with vinegar in a glass jar for a simple lemon sauce for fried fish, add salt, sugar and peppers and leave under the lid until the bulk products dissolve. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, close tightly again and shake several times.
