This flip-flop cake combines coffee with honey and oranges. The delicacy turns out to be incredibly aromatic, and most importantly - delicious. The dough turns out to be soft, honey orange slices are beautifully laid out on top of it.
It is necessary
- - 250 g flour;
- - 100 g of icing sugar;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 30 g of honey;
- - 30 g of ground coffee;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 1 orange;
- - baking powder, vegetable oil, salt.

Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites, add a pinch of salt to the whites, beat in a fairly stable foam.

Mix the powdered sugar and softened butter.
