  • - 30 g butter
  • - 3 tbsp. l. instant coffee
  • - 2 tbsp. l. honey
  • - 420 ml cream
  • - 350 ml of condensed milk
  • - 500 g flour
  • - 200 g dark chocolate

Step 1

Make a dough. Mix 2 tablespoons. coffee, butter, honey, granulated sugar, soda and eggs. Place in a water bath and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour flour in a thin stream, stir until smooth and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions. Cover the dough with a towel. On the board, use a rolling pin to roll out a 3 mm thick circle. Place the circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 5-7 minutes.

Do this eight more times. Cut the cooled cakes evenly. Grind the cuttings into crumbs.

Step 3

Make a cream. Put the cream on the fire and cook until boiling. Add coffee and dissolve. Remove from heat and cool. Whisk 2 tbsp. cream, add condensed milk and coffee-creamy mass, mix.

Step 4

Place the first cake on a plate, brush with cream and lightly press with your hand, cover with the second and brush with cream again, press with your hand. Do this seven more times. Do not grease the top cake. Leave the cake for 1-2 hours.

Step 5

Prepare the icing. Bring 100 ml of cream to a boil, add chocolate, broken into wedges, and cook until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Step 6

Fill the top and sides of the cake with icing, distribute evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with crumbs.
