Children love cheese soup. Processed cheese gives it a delicate taste, and croutons - satiety. With such soups, the child clearly will not remain hungry and will ask for more.

- 300 gr processed cheese,
- 300 gr of hard cheese
- potatoes - 5 pcs,
- medium carrots,
- medium onion,
- half a bunch of dill,
- 3 l of water,
- 150 gr corn
- 4-5 slices of bread
- some salt
- some ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Finely three half of the carrots, cut the other half into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel one medium onion and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Pour three liters of water or broth into a large saucepan. We put on fire and after boiling, add prepared vegetables (onions, carrots, potatoes) to the pan, cook for ten minutes.
Step 4
We put corn in a saucepan with vegetables, which, if desired, can be replaced with peas. If we cook the soup without meat, then add a little sausage or bacon.
Step 5
Put melted cheese into the soup and mix quickly, it should completely dissolve in the broth.
Step 6
Finely three any hard cheese, add to the soup and mix. We cook for another three minutes.
Step 7
We wash and dry the dill a little, finely chop it. Add chopped dill to the soup, salt and pepper a little. Add some turmeric for a yellow color if desired. Remove the pot of soup from the heat.
Step 8
Cut the bread into cubes or cubes, fry in a dry frying pan. Bread cubes can be dipped in an egg and baked in the oven.
Pour hot soup into portioned plates, add croutons and serve.
