Little fussy people will love the creamy cheese soup and wheat croutons. If your child is not very fond of first courses, then try making cheese soup. Very tasty and unusual even for an adult.

It is necessary

  • - 300 grams of processed cheese,
  • - 5 potatoes,
  • - 0.5 cups of rice,
  • - 2 onions,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - 2 cloves of garlic,
  • - 2.5 liters of chicken broth (can be concentrated),
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - greens to taste,
  • - wheat croutons (quantity to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into a multicooker, set the frying mode, for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Peel two onions (preferably medium in size), cut into cubes and put in hot oil, that is, in a slow cooker.

Step 3

We peel two cloves of garlic, you can take more, chop in any convenient way. Put the garlic in a slow cooker to the onion.

Step 4

We peel the carrots, in large three, add to the multicooker along with another spoonful of vegetable oil, mix, leave to fry.

Step 5

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes (size as desired).

Step 6

We wash the rice thoroughly. Turn off the frying mode on the multicooker. Put potatoes with rice in the multicooker bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in 2.5 liters of chicken broth. We put the stewing mode on the multicooker for 60 minutes (you can put the soup mode).

Step 7

After the multicooker beeps and the program ends, add cheese to the soup and stir. We try it for salt. Close the lid and let the soup stand for about 15 minutes. Before serving, decorate the soup with herbs and serve in portioned cups with wheat croutons.
