If you are tired of the monotony, traditional soups are boring. I propose to cook a wonderful, tasty, aromatic, beautiful soup. Its main component is pumpkin.

It is necessary

  • Based on a 4 liter saucepan:
  • - pumpkin - 2-2, 5 kg,
  • - 4 large potatoes,
  • - 2 medium carrots,
  • - 2 onions,
  • - garlic - 2 cloves,
  • - spices (basil, parsley, dill, bay leaf, black pepper, churkuma, spices for the first courses),
  • - sunflower salad oil - 6-8 tbsp. l.,
  • - 1 tbsp. l. salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into 3x3 cubes, put in boiling water, add 2 bay leaves, salt, cook until tender. Take out the finished pumpkin with a slotted spoon, mash in mashed potatoes and put in another soup pot. Pour the broth into the puree, adjusting the density. Crumble potatoes there, cook until the potatoes are cooked.

Step 2

Fry the garlic passed through a press in unrefined sunflower oil until golden brown. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots and add to the garlic along with the spices. Add the frying to the soup and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 3

Croutons: cut a white loaf into cubes 1 by 1 cm, pour 2 tbsp into a hot frying pan. l. oil and fry until golden brown. You can make this soup with chicken broth. Fried croutons in butter and added 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the plate.
