- 50 g butter or fat;
- 0.5 liters of milk;
- 50 g of cheese;

Step 1
Cabbage with sour cream sauce Peel the top (green) leaves of the cabbage, remove the stalk and cut the head in half. Cut each half into pieces that are about a finger thick. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and salt. Dip the cabbage in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then strain through a sieve or colander, let the water drain and dip the cabbage pieces in flour. Heat fat or oil in a skillet and sauté the cabbage. Grate the cheese, set aside half and mix the other with breadcrumbs. Grease the baking dish with butter, place the cabbage pieces in it and sprinkle with grated cheese (about half). Salt sour cream, add a little flour and stir thoroughly. Pour sour cream over the cabbage and sprinkle with cheese mixed with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 150-180 degrees and put the cabbage dish in it and bake until the cabbage is browned on top.

Cabbage with milk sauce Peel the cabbage from the top leaves, cut the stubs, chop the cabbage finely. Put a saucepan of water on the fire, bring to a boil and salt. Place the cabbage in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Then strain through a colander. When the water is completely drained, lightly squeeze the cabbage. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Transfer the cabbage to a greased or oiled dish. Pour milk over it, sprinkle with cinnamon and grated cheese. Bake in the oven.

Cabbage "envelopes" Disassemble the head of cabbage into individual leaves. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and bring to a boil. Dip the cabbage leaves into the water and cook for about 30 minutes. Place the cabbage on a sieve, let the water drain and squeeze the leaves lightly. Melt the butter or fat in a skillet. Fold each cabbage leaf into an envelope, roll in flour and fry in a skillet. Preheat the oven. Grease the form with oil, place the fried "envelopes". Rub the cheese and toss it with the breadcrumbs. Pour milk over the cabbage, sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs, sprinkle with butter and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes to bake.
