But you can please your household and guests with inexpensive, but very original dishes. In this case, cabbage is one of the most irreplaceable foods. From it on the festive table you can prepare a variety of salads and snacks, cabbage rolls, casseroles, pancakes, pie, rolls.

One of the most unusual and delicious dishes is Stuffed Cabbage. You need to take a small head of cabbage, peel the top sheets and cut the stump. Then put it in boiling water and do not forget to add salt. Bring the cabbage to readiness so that its leaves do not break. Remove the head of cabbage from hot water and put in a colander or sieve to glass the water

It is required in advance to soak bread in milk, and mix with minced meat. Rinse the meat for stuffing well beforehand and mince it.
