  • - 400 g of salmon;
  • - a bunch of cilantro;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 medium tomatoes;
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 1, 5 Art. long grain rice, such as basmati;
  • - half of red hot pepper;
  • - olive oil;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 oranges;
  • - 1 tsp Sahara;
  • - 1 tbsp. curry powder;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper.

Step 1

Any tender, oily fish will do for curry fish. But the best option is salmon. Peel the fish from skin and bones, cut into pieces. Juice the oranges, mix with curry powder, a little salt and finely chopped hot peppers. Place the fish in this marinade and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 2

Peel sweet bell peppers and cut into strips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the peppers. Fry it for a couple of minutes, then add the fish extracted from the marinade to the pan. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes, then remove the salmon and pepper and place in a separate bowl.

Peel and chop the garlic and onion, pour over the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and cut the pulp into cubes. Rinse cilantro greens and chop finely. Fry onions and garlic in hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes, then add tomatoes, and then fish and bell peppers. Add some sugar, salt and pepper, add chopped cilantro and simmer for another 10 minutes.
