    • For fish with almonds:
    • 4 fillets of white fish;
    • 1 tsp curry powder;
    • 40 g bread crumbs;
    • 50 g almonds;
    • 1 tsp cumin;
    • 1 lemon;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt.

Step 1

Cook breaded baked fish. To do this, take dry bread or dry it in the oven. Grind it into small crumbs in a food processor. Add the prepared curry paste. If you don't have one, mix the dry curry mixture with a little freshly squeezed orange and lime juice. The resulting mix should be thick enough. Add it to bread crumbs.

Step 2

Prepare some pieces of white fish. Preferably it is a chilled boneless fillet. Blot it with a napkin to remove excess moisture, salt and roll in breadcrumbs. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put fish on it. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fillets for 10-15 minutes. The fish should be served with a slice of lemon. Also, a good accompaniment with her will be a green salad and mayonnaise tartare sauce with chopped gherkins and capers.

If you like nuts, use them for a fish breading. Grind the pistachios, best done in a coffee grinder. Toss them with the dry curry spice mixture and a little flour. Dip the sea bass fillet in the breadcrumbs, before adding salt. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes over high heat, then lower the temperature and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.

Use almonds for breading. Grind it, mix with bread crumbs, flour, curry powder. Also add finely chopped lemon zest and cumin. Sprinkle this mixture over salted fish steaks and then sauté or bake in the oven. Fried potatoes or two-color mashed potatoes and boiled carrots are suitable for such fish as an accompaniment.
